Senior Accountant – Inventory About the company culture Hybrid work style Flexible start and end times Summer hours Internal promotion opportunities Free snacks and coffee What You’ll Do Prepare, review, and post journal entries Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies Perform intercompany reconciliations, journal entries, and cash transfers Support month-end close, including financial statement review and variance analysis Lead inventory processes, including monthly counts, reconciliations, variance analysis, and inventory reporting Analyze billing data to ensure accuracy, generate invoices, and process manual billings as needed Monitor daily bank activity and ensure accurate cash postings Assist with audit and tax requests Maintain compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements Identify and recommend process improvements within accounting procedures What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent accounting/finance experience) 4+ years of accounting experience Strong month-end close experience Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 #INMAR2026
