Primary Care NP/PA (High Compensation + Bonus) Gilbert, AZ $160,000 Base + Bonus (Up to $180,000+) We re hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a fast-paced, high-performing Primary Care / Value-Based Care clinic in Gilbert, AZ. This is a great fit for a provider who enjoys staying busy, leading a strong support team, and practicing efficiently with excellent structure.
