Position Overview As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Suite Living Senior Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will collaborate with caregivers, leadership, and healthcare providers to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalized care. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments Monitor resident health status and promptly report changes to the care team Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans Support residents living with memory loss using patience, empathy, and engagement Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Provide guidance and support to caregivers and new staff members Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies Qualifications Education Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program Licensure Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Experience (Preferred but Not Required) Assisted Living Memory Care Long-Term Care (LTC) We are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about senior care.
