We have an exciting opportunity at Skyline, a Transforming Age community. Our Receptionist/Concierge: Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned Provides exceptional customer service to our team Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes) Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries. Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
