What Youll Do: Assemble mechanical systems and components using shop tools Work from blueprints, diagrams, and schematics Build and help test custom machines (not repetitive assembly line work) Troubleshoot and make adjustments during builds Collaborate with a small, skilled team ? What Were Looking For: Experience as a mechanic, technician, or machine builder Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, taps, torque tools, etc.) Ability to read and follow blueprints or mechanical drawings Strong problem-solving mindsetsomeone who likes figuring things out Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work ?
