In Lieu of degree, experience as outlined below will be considered Experience: In lieu of degree, 4 years of mental health or crisis intervention experience will be considered. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Experience: 2 years of experience in mental health or crisis intervention for those meeting degree requirements Licensure: LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) Certification(s): SAFE (Safety Attitude Focus Empathy) BLS (Basic Life Support) Why Mercy?
