This part-time Registered Nurse position (with potential to grow to full time) gives you the freedom to build a caseload that fits your lifestyle while doing the work you lovehelping clients remain safe and supported in their homes. Your responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining individualized client care plans Completing supervisory visits and in-home assessments Monitoring client condition and recommending care adjustments Providing hands-on caregiver training Ensuring caregiver competency with delegated tasks Reassessing clients every 90 days or sooner if needed Documenting changes in condition and updating care plans Communicating clearly with clients, families, and the care team Why Join Griswold Home Care?
