Description :Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates • Up to $20,000 Sign-On Bonus • Up to 120 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off • Up to $4,000 Relocation bonus Job Summary • Provides evaluation, direction and application of skilled nursing services to carry out the plan of care and treatment primarily in the homes of clients, and within the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Registered Professional Nurse.Job Requirements • Education ◦ Required: Graduate of an approved nursing program. • Experience ◦ Required: Minimum of six (6) months experience as registered professional nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting. • Skills ◦ Ability to demonstrate good nursing judgment with minimal supervision. ◦ Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, and physicians, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly. ◦ Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. • Licensure/Certification/Registration ◦ Required: MO RN License. ◦ Required: Successful completion of competency testing.Education: ▪ Required: Graduate of a state board accredited School of Nursing or NLN approved program Experience: ▪ Preferred: Previous nursing experience Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. • Carry out delegated tasks as directed by supervisors or with provider oversite. • Proficient Computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: Current Registered Nurse License active in the state of Missouri
