Grow your skills in clerical and accounting work as a Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist A Look at Your Day Accounts Payable: Process vendor invoices with accuracy and proper coding Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments Maintain vendor records and resolve discrepancies Monitor aging reports to ensure timely payments Accounts Receivable: Apply customer payments and maintain accurate records Monitor accounts and follow up on past-due balances Reconcile and resolve billing discrepancies Prepare aging reports and support collections efforts General Accounting Duties: Process bank statements and ensure accurate ERP balances Assist with month-end close and accruals Partner with purchasing, production, and inventory teams Support job costing and reconcile production-related expenses Ensure compliance with internal controls for procurement and materials "This company kept me working for many years.
