Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Hopkins, MN area, offering maternity leave coverage from early September through early December 2026. This contract role involves providing speech and language services in a middle school setting with flexible scheduling options to meet individual needs. Key Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota Accepting SLP-CF (Clinical Fellowship) and SLPA candidates; district supervision is provided Experience working in school settings is preferred Ability to work approximately 0.5 FTE (around 18 hours per week) Flexibility to work half days Monday through Friday or two full days and one half day, based on district scheduling needs Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language evaluations and interventions tailored to students' needs Collaborate with educators and staff to support student communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Flexibly manage scheduling to cover maternity leave effectively Location: Hopkins, MN area within a school district serving middle school students Benefits and Perks: District supervision provided for SLP-CF and SLPA professionals to support licensure progression Schedule flexibility to accommodate work-life balance Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment This role is a fantastic chance for a licensed Minnesota SLP or a Clinical Fellowship or SLPA candidate seeking supervised school-based experience.
