Collaborate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to ensure effective and compliant contract execution. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage assigned contracts. Identify legal, financial, and business risks for attorney or SME review. Assist attorneys with contract negotiations and documentation. Advise and educate internal teams on contract processes. Prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Collaborate closely with other legal team members and departments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Paralegal Certificate preferred. Prior contract review experience. Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills. Exposure to corporate or commercial contracts preferred. (If JD holder) Note: this is a non-attorney, non-decision-making role.
