Gratz Pilates, the original manufacturer of high-quality Pilates equipment, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Shipping team as Part-Time Junior Packers - no prior experience required. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable warehouse experience, learn new skills, and contribute to a company that values quality, integrity, and teamwork. This position is employed through our staffing partner, AccuStaffing. Schedule & Hours Part-time role working 16-30 hours per week Typically 2-3 days per week 8-hour shifts only (no split shifts) Assigned to either First Shift or Second Shift (6:30-3pm or 2-10:30pm) Initial schedules will be coordinated at onboarding, with ongoing scheduling managed by warehouse leadershipWhat You'll Do Inspect products for quality before packaging Carefully pack and wrap large, high-end Pilates equipment for shipment Build custom boxes and prepare orders for delivery Unload shipping containers and receive incoming inventory Sort and organize products into designated warehouse areas Use basic power tools (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized work environment Operate a pallet jackWho You Are Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Dependable team player with a positive attitude Interested in gaining warehouse or manufacturing experience Why Join Us?
