Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Production Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is essential in bringing our brand to life across all digital and print touchpoints. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced fashion e-commerce environment, understands brand standards, is detail oriented, and ensures creative assets are executed, on time, and optimized for performance.You will collaborate closely with design, copy, marketing, merchandising, and external partners to translate creative concepts into production-ready assets across site, email, paid media, social, packaging, and print.Core ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with designers to support creative development and bring concepts to final executionPartner with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, e-commerce) to align on asset needs and timelinesAssist in maintaining organized file systems, templates, and shared design resourcesSupport updates to evergreen site assets and ongoing creative refreshesPrepare and produce high-volume digital assets for web, email, paid media, and social channelsAdapt campaign creative across multiple formats, platforms, and device specificationsPrepare files for print including packaging, mailers, in-store collateral, and other branded materialsEnsure all files meet technical specifications for both digital and print productionManage pre-press processes, file packaging, color accuracy, and vendor handoffMaintain brand consistency across all outputsManage versioning, resizing, retouching, and formatting of imageryContribute to process improvements that streamline workflows and enhance team efficiencyMinimum Qualifications1-2 years of experience in production design, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerceDegree in a related field Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Process-driven and solutions-orientedCollaborative and deadline-focusedPassionate about fashion, storytelling, and brand experienceEnergized by bringing creative ideas into polished executionAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), FigmaStrong understanding of digital best practices, file preparation, and asset optimizationExperience working within brand guidelinesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting deadlines with easeStrong communication skills and collaborative mindsetFamiliarity with After Effects,Shopify and Klaviyo is a plusCompensation Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $60,000-$65,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
