Beaker Principal Trainer (Epic) Location: Raleigh, NC (REMOTE) Duration: 12 months Seeking for an Epic Principal Trainer for Beaker to develop and deliver lab system training, support workflows, and lead user readiness. This role is crucial for ensuring end users can safely and effectively utilize the system in clinical and operational settings. Lead the development and maintenance of Epic Beaker training curriculum and materials. Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and at-the-elbow training for laboratory staff. Maintain and update training environments, ensuring workflow alignment. Collaborate with Beaker analysts and informatics teams to reflect current system design. Coordinate and mentor Credentialed Trainers (CTs) and Super Users. Develop and maintain training documentation and eLearning content. Participate in upgrade planning, testing, and training impact assessments. Track training completion, effectiveness, and user readiness metrics. Support go-live activities and post-go-live optimization initiatives. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and Epic training requirements. Must Have: 5 years of experience as an Epic-certified Principal Trainer. Epic Principal Trainer certification in Beaker. 3 years of experience in developing presentations and engaging audiences.
