This role is responsible for supervising front-of-house food and beverage operations, leading colleagues during service, ensuring brand and service standards are maintained, and supporting the team in creating memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is an engaged leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about service excellence, team development, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlet(s), ensuring smooth and efficient service. * Lead and support colleagues during meal periods, shifts, and special events. * Ensure all guests are greeted and served in a professional, warm, and timely manner. * Monitor service standards, food presentation, cleanliness, and overall outlet appearance. * Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability. * Partner with culinary and service teams to ensure effective communication and seamless execution. * Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. * Train, coach, and motivate colleagues to maintain Hyatt and outlet service standards. * Support scheduling, side work completion, inventory controls, and labor productivity goals. * Enforce sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards in accordance with company policy and local regulations. * Assist management with colleague development, performance feedback, and daily shift leadership. * Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and hotel offerings. * Help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment aligned with Hyatt values.
