Lead operations for a fast-growing, relationship-driven Tennessee contractorShape the future of a company that partners closely with clientAbout Our ClientOur client is a Franklin-based, full-service commercial and residential construction group with 70+ years of combined leadership expertise across field management, land acquisition, development, and complex construction delivery.The company executes projects across ground-up construction, tenant improvements, healthcare, food service, public housing, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily sectors, serving 10+ states and supporting both national brands and franchise-level clients.Known for its relationship-driven culture - "Building Relationships is Our Foundation" - the firm acts as an owner-advocate during the design and construction process, providing preconstruction, budgeting, value engineering, and turnkey project oversight to achieve predictable results.Job DescriptionProvide executive oversight and leadership for all construction operations, project teams, and support divisions.Own responsibility for companywide operational performance, efficiency, job profitability, forecasting, KPIs, and long-term strategic growth.Oversee multi-state construction operations, ensuring consistency in delivery standards, safety programs, reporting structures, and execution quality.Partner with company ownership to define and implement strategic initiatives, expansion plans, and organizational development priorities.Establish scalable systems for project management, financial controls, scheduling, estimating, procurement, risk management, and quality assurance.Mentor and develop Directors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders; drive succession planning and leadership pipeline growth.Support business development efforts, key client relationships, proposal strategy, and market expansion.Ensure flawless execution of preconstruction services, including constructability, cost planning, design collaboration, and schedule development.Serve as the highest-level escalation point for project issues, contract negotiations, claims, and client communication.Represent the company externally with partners, municipalities, trade groups, legal entities, and clients.
