Controls Project Manager

The position will report to the Director of Building Automation Systems.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead project teams to support department and company goals including financialsEscalate issues on projects in a timely mannerSale and Estimate BAS construction jobs and change ordersManage the needed materials and manpower to support assigned BAS projectsEstimating of costs (materials, equipment, and labor) of BAS assigned projectsCoordinate with other divisions within the organization and the scheduling of workAssist in sales calls to prospective clients as requiredEffectively manage projects from conceptualization to completionFacilitate and attend BAS project meetings as requiredActively participate in career related organizationsQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years in BAS experienceIdeal candidate will have Automated Logic Controls, Tridium Niagara and Distech Controls experienceStrong analytical and leadership skillsDemonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize time and resources accordinglyIn-depth understanding and "hands on" experience with any or all of the following systems - HVAC, electrical, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning and/or chillers3 to 5 years experience in energy management, building commissioning and/or systems diagnostics/ troubleshootingHTS provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by laws.
