The firm is committed to creating value for its people, clients, and communities-offering a culture where initiative is valued and contributions matter.This role is ideal for senior bankers who excel at originating business, leading client relationships, executing transactions, and mentoring talent.Preferred Sector Expertise: ESOP, Healthcare, or Technology (Software, Industrial Tech)Also Considered: Industrials, Transportation & Logistics, Consumer, Business Services, Aerospace & DefenseQUALIFICATIONSSignificant middle market M&A and/or capital advisory experienceEstablished client relationships and a strong professional networkProven track record of originating and closing transactions10+ years of investment banking experience with strong referencesDemonstrated leadership in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentsHigh integrity, professionalism, and work ethicBachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferredRESPONSIBILITIESLead business development efforts with a target of $3M+ in annual fee generationLeverage and expand your network to generate deal flow aligned with firm strategyManage transactions end-to-end, from pitch through closingBuild and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a strategic advisorTranslate complex financial concepts for senior stakeholdersMentor junior team members and contribute to team developmentRepresent the firm in the market and support broader strategic initiativesLOCATION REQUIREMENTCandidates must be based in or relocate to one of the firm's office locations within two weeks of joining. This is an in-office role (four days per week); remote work is not supported.
