Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Makes regular security and safety rounds inside and outside community buildings Follows assigned security schedules and job routines Communicates clearly, courteously, and professionally with residents, visitors, and team members Responds quickly and appropriately to urgent care needs and dispatches responses to calls for assistance Uses computers and emergency response systems, including the SARA system Operates equipment such as vehicles, radios, carts, phones, and computers Complies with infection control regulations and policies Assists in security-related training, including fire drills and emergency evacuations Maintains accurate logs and records in a timely manner Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or security-related role preferred Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to relate to the needs and concerns of senior adults We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
