Job Details Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,010 - $2,120 Location: Concord, NH 03301 - Concord, New Hampshire travel nurse opportunity Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 20, 2026 - July 19, 2026) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: Rotating 12-hour shifts (Days, with possible float to Nights) Employment Type: Travel / Travel RN Unit: PCU/Stepdown (CH-3 East/PCU) - Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown nurse role Job Requirements Minimum 1 year recent PCU/Stepdown RN experience (2+ years preferred) - PCU nurse or stepdown nurse experience Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license required at time of submission BLS & ACLS certifications required Skills checklist matching specialty (PCU/Stepdown competencies) Up-to-date resume documenting relevant Progressive Care Unit or intermediate/critical care experience Two recent Charge/Manager RN references EMR experience with Cerner preferred (not required) Ability to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin as needed Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit / Stepdown environment Monitor and assess patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Perform intermediate and critical thinking assessments for PCU patients and escalate care as needed Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in the EMR (Cerner experience a plus) Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide appropriate interventions per ACLS/BLS protocols Float to other units or locations within the hospital system as requested (flexible travel RN assignment) Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and documentation standards Concord, New Hampshire offers a welcoming community, scenic parks, and a vibrant downtown-an excellent location for travel nurses seeking work-life balance.
