RN Telemetry - Per diem

Tele RNs needed for PIH Health Good Samaritan Hospital. PLEASE READ RETURNING CLINICAN REQUIREMENT - Submissions WILL automatically be REJECTED if we don't have this references at time of sub. RETURNING CLINICIANS: PIH requires ALL Staff, Travel, and PD clinicians, who have previously worked at PIH Health Systems to have a supervisor reference from their previous work at PIH. Work history may exceed two year work reference parameters, any timeframe will be accepted as long as reference is from direct supervisor and confirms yes for rehire. Please include returning PIH reference and Updated Supervisor reference at time of submission. 1 year separation period for PIH staff employees required. Submissions with 2 or more health system pipelines will be rejected. Required - Minimum 1 year of Tele unit experience(If mixed MS/Tele please indicate percentage spent in each unit as this is a Telemetry Unit) - CA RN License, No EMSA. -Current BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - AHA - References: Two direct supervisor references, updated within the last year and from work exp within the last 2 years. Must be from unit (ICU) they are applying to. 1 reference must be included at the time of submission. Peer references are not accepted. - Returning clinicians must be approved by the facility - Within 50 miles / 1 hour commute max. - Must be willing to float Shift: Days/Nights 7a - 730p / 7p - 730a Orientation: Basic unit orientation, such as location of linen, medication carts, etc. - RN's are expected to overall work independently on their first shift. Facility Information CHARTING: Allscripts EMD charting. Training modules provided. Per Diem clinicians are required to do Allscripts (computer-based training) prior to start on their own time. VACCINATIONS: Covid Vaccine declinations are accepted FLOATING: Please confirm candidate is aware and willing to float if/when needed. - (TCU, MS/Tele, MS) - Include in sub notes.
