Accounts Payable Specialist

Role: AP Specialist Location: Westborough, MA Full Time We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring The Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important role in supporting accurate and timely invoice processing, maintaining vendor documentation, and assisting in financial operations. This role helps ensure smooth payment cycles, clear communication with vendors, and organized recordkeeping-all while contributing to Holistic Industries' mission. Your Impact: Process and code vendor invoices accurately and on time. Maintain up-to-date vendor records, documentation, and compliance forms. Support regular payment cycles, including check runs and approvals. Respond to vendor questions and resolve discrepancies quickly and professionally. Assist with year-end reporting and cross-functional accounting tasks. Help maintain a consistent and organized accounts payable workflow that supports operational efficiency. Your Strengths: 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience. Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and coding. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred. Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
