3nd Shift - Machine Operator (Printing) Join Our Team as a Finishing Operator (2nd Shift) Location: Charlotte, NC Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend, Every Weekend!) As a Finishing Operator, you'll operate state-of-the-art rewind and finishing equipment to inspect, cut, and package labels with precision. Your work ensures that every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Set up and operate finishing equipment according to production orders Inspect labels for accuracy, quality, and customer specifications Apply correct core tags, splicing, and rewind positioning for each job Collaborate with quality teams to confirm accuracy before packaging Package finished products safely and efficiently for shipment Complete production and quality reports accurately and on time Report and communicate any equipment or quality issues immediately Support press operators and teammates to keep production running smoothly Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area Be flexible and available for overtime when needed What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing or printing experience is a plus (but not required!)
