Credentialing Coordinator

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Pay: $22$29 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shift Employment Type: Contract Start Date: ASAP Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Credentialing Specialist to join a growing healthcare organization in Dallas. This role is responsible for managing provider credentialing and payer enrollment, maintaining compliance, and ensuring provider files are up-to-date and accurate. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on operational excellence. This is a fully onsite role. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end credentialing and enrollment for healthcare providers Complete CAQH attestations and maintain payer enrollment status Perform roster verifications to ensure providers remain active with insurance networks Track and update expiring licenses, certifications, and key documentation Maintain accurate provider credentialing files and system records Gather required provider information from internal teams and external partners Communicate directly with providers to resolve missing documents or discrepancies Ensure all credentialing activities meet payer requirements and compliance standards Support special credentialing projects and administrative needs Requirements Required: 2+ years of recent credentialing or provider enrollment experience (35 years preferred) Experience with CAQH and payer enrollment workflows Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Experience with credentialing databases or software Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred: Experience with dental or surgical credentialing Experience supporting credentialing projects or process improvement initiatives Work Environment Fully onsite, MondayFriday Professional healthcare office setting Collaborative, supportive team environment
