As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Wingate Living, you will be a Dreamweaver of Care - bringing compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism to every interaction, from medication administration to bedside reassurance. Traveling LPN - Assisted Living (MA & RI) We are excited to introduce a new Traveling LPN position to support our Wellness Nurses across six assisted living communities in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity for an LPN who enjoys variety, collaboration, and being part of a strong clinical leadership team. Job Purpose: The Traveling LPN will provide hands-on clinical support, coverage, and collaboration with community Wellness Nurses, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and continuity of services across multiple locations. Travel between communities is paid and included as part of the role. Position Overview: Support and collaborate with Wellness Nurses across assigned communities Provide clinical oversight, assessments, and medication support as needed Assist with coverage during vacancies, PTO, or increased census Support onboarding and clinical consistency across locations Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies Communicate regularly with the VP of Clinical Services Position Requirements: Active LPN license in Massachusetts (Rhode Island license or ability to obtain preferred) Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred Comfortable traveling between multiple communities Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Organized, flexible, and solution-oriented Why Join Us?
