About the Job Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Location: Gurnee, IL Weekly Pay: $2,175-$2,250 Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5-40 hrs/week | Mon-Fri | School Calendar Start: 2025-2026 School Year About the Role: AB Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in the Gurnee/Libertyville area. This full-year contract offers a supportive environment, consistent daytime hours, and a rewarding opportunity to help students strengthen their communication skills. What You'll Do:Provide individual and group speech-language therapy. Complete assessments and participate in IEP development. Deliver curriculum-based interventions. Document progress and maintain compliance. Use AAC tools when appropriate. Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families. Requirements:Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Illinois PEL with SLP Endorsement (required). CCC-SLP OR CFY eligible. School experience preferred. Positive communicator and team player. Position Details:Full 2025-2026 school-year contract. Caseload varies by school/grade level. No nights, weekends, or holidays.
