What You'll Focus On:Core Responsibilities:Generate and manage invoices, credit memos, and billing for events, rentals, and sales. Review and maintain accurate account records, including tax status and documentation. Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances. Broader Exposure:Support month-end close activities related to AR. Assist with credit reviews and account setup. Ensure accurate posting and account coding in the system. Growth & Leadership Development:Partner with team members to improve processes and workflows. Support training and onboarding of AR team members. Gain exposure to leadership responsibilities over time. What We're Looking For:3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or accounting. Strong understanding of billing, collections, and reconciliation. Comfortable working in Excel (intermediate level or higher). Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
