Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnostic, preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures Diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and post-care instructions Maintain accurate and compliant patient records Lead and collaborate with clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient care Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and safety standards (OSHA, HIPAA, state guidelines) Deliver a high level of patient-centered care and clinical excellence Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active or in-process dental license in the state of Ohio Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Comfortable utilizing modern dental technology Growth-oriented mindset with interest in long-term development Open to all experience levels
