Salary Range: $28.00 - $30.00Available Shifts We're flexible and looking for coverage on the following shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Perfect for nurses who want balance, variety, or a schedule that works with their life. What You'll Do As a Wellness Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting resident health and well-being by: Administering medications and treatments per care plans Monitoring resident health and responding to changes Supporting and guiding care staff Communicating with families and providers as needed Ensuring compliance with state regulations and community standards Providing compassionate, person-centered care every shift Who We're Looking For You'll thrive here if you: • Are a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing • Enjoy building relationships with residents • Bring a calm, positive, team-first attitude • Are dependable, professional, and compassionate • Prefer a supportive environment over high-stress settings Senior living or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right nurse with the right heart.
