We are currently seeking an experienced CNA for a long-term care assignment with an immediate start opportunity. This position is ideal for candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working with a diverse patient population. ? Schedule & Hours Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift) 37.5 guaranteed hours per week Every other weekend required, based on facility needs ? Unit Details 40-bed long-term care unit Patient population includes: Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Orthopedic and post-rehab patients Dementia and memory care residents ? Key Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide compassionate care and emotional support, especially for memory care residents Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients Accurately document care provided using the facility"s EMR system Requirements Must be willing to float to all units within the same building Minimum 1+ year of experience required BLS certification required Active New York license required PointClickCare Experience
