Construction Superintendent A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for upcoming projects in the Augusta area. We are looking for a local superintendent with proven success managing commercial builds from start to finish and maintaining exceptional standards of quality, safety, and communication. Job Description Manage day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and project logistics. Maintain a safe, clean, well-organized jobsite at all times. Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and timelines. Review drawings, identify issues, and collaborate on solutions. Lead site meetings and maintain detailed daily reports. Execute punch list processes and closeout procedures. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent. Strong background managing ground-up, renovation, and/or interior commercial projects. Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety protocols. Ability to read and interpret project documents with precision. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and reporting tools. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
