Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) The Center for Dental Excellence is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team! As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Location: Flossmoor, IL Schedule: Fridays 8a - 2p 2 Saturdays 8a - 2p (2 monthly/ usually 1st & 3rd) Compensation: $40-55+/hr plus uncapped hygiene incentive plan Requirements: Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Illinois Anesthetic Certification Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR Certification Computer efficiency- charting and scheduling Excellent communication skills Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Benefits: Full-time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
