The Groundskeeper operates landscaping equipment, performs routine maintenance, and supports outdoor upkeep, including mowing, trimming, debris removal, and general site care. Shift Starts. Previous property maintenance experience required (1-2 years) Strong general repair/handyman skills Basic landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable, professional, and safety-focused HVAC or EPA certification is a plus Why This Job? Key Responsibilities Maintenance Duties: Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property Complete work orders for repairs, including plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, and general handyman tasks Assist with unit turns and inspections Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed Groundskeeping Duties: Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the community Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, weeding, and debris removal Maintain walkways, parking areas, and common spaces Assist with seasonal property upkeep as needed Real People.
