We are seeking compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to support our mission, helping to enhance patient outcomes and overall care experience in a collaborative environment. Schedule Full-time Monday - Friday 9am - 5 pm no call no weekends Compensation & Benefits: $120,000 - $200,000 potential. Full benefits package Requirements: • Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts • National certification as a Family or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant • Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or assisted living settings is preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and facility staff • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize patient care needs #AAS
