Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Outpatient Behavioral Health Location: Glen Allen, VA Contract Type: Per Diem (50 weeks) Shift: Rotating Hours Pay Rate: $36.00/hour Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our well-structured outpatient behavioral health program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mental health or outpatient care and will thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities: Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Assist with nursing assessments and provide patient education. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care. Support crisis management efforts and ensure patient safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and other medical staff in treatment planning. Provide direct patient support in both group and individual therapeutic settings. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted LPN license in the state of Virginia. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (behavioral health or outpatient preferred). Current BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
