Project Accountant - Multifamily This client is a rapidly growing real estate and construction company with a long history in building both residential and mixed-use communities. Job Description Manage subcontractor pay applications, invoicing, change orders, retainage, and compliance documentation. Oversee job cost analysis, projections, owner/developer billing, and contingency logs. Serve as the Sage Intacct Multifamily point person, ensuring system accuracy and workflow efficiency. Support Procore financial management to maintain up-to-date project financials. Prepare and manage HUD forms, billings, and cost certifications. Assist with the creation and refinement of accounting Standard Operating Procedures. Provide support with accounts payable for company credit cards. The Successful Applicant Experience in multifamily construction accounting (required). Strong proficiency with Sage Intacct and Procore financial tools. Prior experience preparing HUD forms, billings, and cost certifications. Solid understanding of job cost accounting, projections, retainage, and owner/developer billing. High attention to detail, accuracy, and process improvement. Ability to work full-time, 5 days per week, in the Peachtree Corners office.
