Our client, a food manufacturing organization, is seeking an Office Manager to support daily office operations at their Quincy, MA office. This is an onsite, 40‑hour/week role (8:30am-5:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch). The Office Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for a 50‑person office, partnering closely with executive assistants, finance, and HR to ensure a professional and well‑run workplace. It is compensating $30-$38/hour depending on experience. Qualified and interested candidates are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration. Key Responsibilities Act as primary liaison with building and property management Oversee office common areas, mailroom, supplies, and inventory Manage incoming calls, visitor check‑in, and office communications Coordinate mail, shipping (UPS/USPS), and deliveries Support onsite meetings, events, and office initiatives Partner with executive assistants on leadership and company events Assist with employee onboarding, T&E programs, and corporate cards Provide administrative support to Credit, Collections, and Accounts Payable Run AP reports, enter invoices, and support payment processing Manage office projects, enhancements, and vendor coordination Candidate Qualifications 3-5 years of office management or administrative experience Experience working with vendors and property/building management Familiarity with AP, invoicing, or basic accounting processes preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional, service‑oriented communication style Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy onsite environment Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
