Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Ability to cross train in different areas and truly grow within the company. Responsibilities:Performs various material handling duties within the facility. Manually loads raw material or finished product on skid, hand truck or forklift. Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas. May be required to clean up and dispose of scrap, cardboard boxes etc. and places in proper containers or designated areas. Required to move incoming and outgoing product as required. Required to move to production areas, boxes, bags, etc. to support production Required to weigh and log incoming jobs to department. Required to log operations closed upon moving of product to next area of manufacture on GUI. Moves material, product, etc. to designated queue areas. Maintains adherence to company policies, environmental and safety standards, and good housekeeping standards Observes company processes and makes recommendations for improvement. May be required to assist or otherwise instruct other personnel. Performs other duties as may be required. Attendance is an essential function of the job Education / Experience High School graduate or demonstration of equivalent skills Basic math skills. Basic computer skills Forklift operation skills. Forklift certification. Ability to understand and follow directions Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM#IND-HP
