Assembler / Packer I

Assembler / Packer I Symbiotic Services is seeking an Assembler / Packer I to support manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling components, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment. Key responsibilities include: Perform repetitive assembly and packaging operations Inspect parts for cosmetic defects and non-conformities Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures Use hand tools and perform soldering as needed Install threaded inserts (Heli-Coils) Package and prepare parts for shipment Maintain a clean and organized work environment Report safety concerns and damaged tools Support team-based production and quality initiatives Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED 3+ years of assembly experience preferred Ability to install threaded inserts Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Work environment includes: Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particles Required use of PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
