International Customer Service Coordinator I The International Customer Service Coordinator I is responsible for processing all customer orders in the system with a high level of accuracy. This role involves issuing credit and debit requests, entering system tickets for discrepancies and interacting with the sales team as needed. The primary focus of this role is ensuring precise and timely order entry. Responsibilities include: Processing customer orders in the system accurately and efficiently. Issuing credit and debit requests in accordance with company policies. Entering system tickets to address and resolve order discrepancies. Interacting with the sales team to address order-related queries and issues. Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and communications. Performing other duties as assigned. Networking/Key relationships include: Internal Client Services teams Planning Team Warehouse Import/Export Operations & Manufacturing Marketing QA/RA Qualifications include: Associates degree in Business or related field required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Minimum 2 years related experience in Customer Service environment/ Finance /International Operations preferred Basic knowledge of Microsoft office System, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel required Knowledge of SAP ERP preferred Fluency in English required. Fluency in Spanish, written and spoken desirable Skills & Capabilities include: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Good organizational and time management skills. Strong customer focus. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Team player with a proactive attitude. Occasional travel may be required. The annual base salary range for this role is currently $26/hr to $32/hr. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs. This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave. Our sales roles are eligible for participation in a commission plan and our management, and select professional roles, are eligible for a performance-based bonus.
