This position is focused on fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the emotional and psychological well-being of residents. The counselor will work closely with clients to develop personalized care plans that address their unique needs and goals. By facilitating daily activities and therapeutic interventions, the Residential Counselor helps residents build essential life skills and achieve greater independence. Ultimately, the major end result of this role is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives while receiving the necessary support for their mental health and personal development.
