Job Summary: We're looking for a hands-on Fabrication Helper to support our fabrication department and help keep production running smoothly. If you enjoy working with tools, machinery, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a manufacturing environment and grow your skills. What You'll Do: * Assist machine operators with daily fabrication tasks * Load/unload parts from lasers, pallets, conveyors, and trucks * Deburr parts, apply rust prevention, and load parts into tumblers * Drill, tap, ream, and assemble components per specifications * Help test completed products * Keep your work area clean and organized * Other duties may be assigned Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 1-3 months of manufacturing or fabrication experience (or willingness to learn) * Ability to read simple instructions and follow procedures * Basic math skills * Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills Physical Requirements * Able to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift * Lift up to 75 lbs regularly (up to 80 lbs occasionally) * Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Work Environment * Exposure to moving machinery and airborne particles * Moderate noise level Apply today to start your career in Fabrication!
