Our soon to open Myrtle Beach location, Downtown Flavortown, is searching for a dynamic Food & Beverage Trainer to lead the charge in shaping exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, and F&B operations. In this role, you won't just train-you'll ignite confidence, elevate performance, and help teams deliver unforgettable moments every single day. We're looking for someone with previous experience in delivering detailed training in person and virtual that has used programs such as Articulate, or other training development software.Join us and help create consistency, quality, and excitement-one incredible training experience at a time.Salary: $60k - $75kWe offer great benefits!Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance 401k with 4% company matching 10 days PTO accrual Company Paid Tele-Medicine Company Paid Short Term Disability Discounts to area attractions Discounts at all our restaurants Job Summary:The Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training to new hires and existing team members, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, operational procedures, and exceptional guest service. This role supports the onboarding process, continuous learning, and the development of a strong team culture focused on excellence, safety, and hospitality.What You'll Do:Lead and support new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth and engaging startHelp Design, develop, and deliver new training programs for front & back of house teamsAssign and track training completion, ensuring all team members stay compliantMaintain accurate training records and reports for leadership reviewMonitor progress and follow up on incomplete training requirementsSupport administrative tasks related to training, scheduling, and documentationContinuously improve training content to enhance team performance and guest experienceWhat We're Looking For:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in training, HR, or F&B operationsProven experience in designing and delivering training programs (in-person and/or virtual)Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, food safety, and service excellenceFamiliarity with labor laws, HR policies, and compliance trainingExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)and training tracking toolsAbility to analyze training needs and measure effectiveness (KPIs, feedback, performance metrics)Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and prioritiesHigh level of professionalism, adaptability, and emotional intelligenceAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (if required in F&B operations)Certification in training, HR, or hospitality (e.g., Train-the-Trainer, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plusExperience in high-volume or pre-opening environments is an advantageBilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred.
