Job Description Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Ward Clerk to work at a facility in Colorado Springs , CO. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $25 / hour Shift Details: MON-FRI 8-5 The requirements are: At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Ward Clerk Basic computer and data entry skills Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred) Good organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Attention to detail and accuracy Job Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and greet patients or visitors Maintain and update patient records and charts Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures Enter patient information into the hospital system Assist nurses and doctors with administrative tasks Prepare and organize medical documents and forms Coordinate communication between departments Order and manage office or medical supplies Ensure patient files are complete and accurate Follow hospital policies and confidentiality rules If interested, please apply through this job post.
