Integrated Master Scheduler - SBG SBG Technology Solutions, a DSS, Inc. company, specializing in engineering, information technology, cyber-security, intelligence, and training, is looking for a hard-working results-oriented Cybersecurity Systems Engineer. The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler role supports the development and maintenance of the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), consolidating inputs from Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), program partners, and subcontractors to ensure an accurate and aligned schedule baseline. Responsibilities include analyzing and managing detailed and summary-level schedules, maintaining critical path integrity, and monitoring overall program health. The position also supports and participates in monthly internal and customer-facing schedule briefings, including executive-level updates, and prepares coordinated CDRL deliverables in accordance with the DI-MGMT-81661 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) requirements. The Senior Integrated Master Scheduler will: Master Schedule (IMS) for the program, incorporating data from multiple sources such as Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) planning, program partner schedulers and subcontract schedules. Support the management of detailed and master schedules, including analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules. Support and participate in monthly schedule briefings on program status and program health for both internal and external customers including the executive management team Prepare and coordinate monthly CDRL deliveries to the customer of the IMS and related documents, utilizing the DI-MGMT-81661 Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) process Support in-person meetings approximately 1 to 2 days a week Conditions of Employment: Must be a US Citizen. Qualifications Required Skills: DoD Secret clearance Experienced scheduler with 15 years of experience Expertise in managing and integrating sub-contract schedules Expertise in schedule tool development Expertise in Microsoft Project scheduling software, Full Monte, Milestones Expertise in developing and maintaining one pager summary level schedules Expertise in scheduling processes such as using scheduling software, Confluence Expertise in utilizing planning and scheduling best practices DCMA 32 guidelines Comprehension of managing schedules, while analyzing and maintaining critical paths and summary level schedules Expertise in schedule risk assessments (SRAs) Experience in the aerospace industry Experience working in DoD space programs Experience working in an SE&I environment Preferred Skills: Potential to get certification for PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or PMI Project Managements Professional (PMP). Additional Requirements: Due to security requirements, work is required to be on-site in a secure facility Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree Preferred: Master's Degree Years of experience in a similar role: 15 years of scheduler experience.
