Dock Master Position Love the lake? Spend your summer working on the docks as a Dock Master for the City of Wayzata! Be the first point of contact for boaters, help them dock safely, keep the marina clean, and enjoy a fun, active job by the water. Schedule: Must be available May 22, 2026 September 6, 2026 (ThursdaySunday) Shifts: Thursdays & Fridays (3:009:00 p.m.), Saturdays & Sundays (10:00 a.m.3:30 p.m. or 3:309:00 p.m.) Minimum Age: 15+ Perk: You can earn tips! Essential Job Functions: Provides first point of contact for visitors coming by boat Direct and assist the mooring of vessels in a safe and efficient manner Provide assistance to boaters Maintain a clean dock Document dock usage during shift Document and report any safety hazards Document and report any repairs needed Report any unsafe practices and procedures Minimum Qualifications: Must be 15 years of age Be available to work Thursday Sunday between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026 This position is not eligible for benefits. This position is eligible for Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST).
