Job # : 156361 Title : Brake Press Operator Location : Duncan, SC Salary Range : 25.00 Position : MACHINE OPERATOR Description : Brake Press OperatorPay: $25.00/hour Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime Available) Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join our production team. This role involves setting up and operating sheet metal equipment, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake equipment Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Perform machine setup, tool changes, and program selection Load and unload materials safely Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met Maintain equipment and follow all safety procedures Meet daily production goals and deadlines Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of manufacturing or welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and perform layouts Basic knowledge of CNC programming is a plus Familiarity with measuring tools and equipment Strong attention to detail and work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Why Join Us?
