Our client in Essington is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate - DIRECT HIRE to join their team. Job Details for Accounts Payable Associate:Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Business Casual Dress code $22-25/HR Direct Hire - Permanent Excellent benefits Job Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Associate:Perform accounts payable functions including but not limited to entry, processing, and reconciling Assisting in processing contracts and subcontracts Preparing and submitting payroll reporting to various agencies Managing fleet paperwork and insurance reporting Providing payroll support for process, union reporting, 401k admin and accounts receivable Customer service Job Requirements for Accounts Payable Associate:Knowledge of Microsoft programs and QuickBooks Ability to perform clerical duties as needed Strong communication and computer skills Minimum 3-5 years required; construction industry preferred Must pass background check PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
