A to Z Machine Company is offering a Youth Apprenticeship opportunity where you'll gain real-world experience working alongside skilled machinists in a modern CNC machine shop.This program gives students the chance to learn valuable technical skills, explore different areas of the shop, and build a strong foundation for a future career in manufacturing ⨠What You'll Learn & Do:? Assist in multiple areas of the shop ? Perform basic part inspection using micrometers, calipers, and gauges âï¸ Help machine parts and support production teams ? Work in departments like Tool Room, Gaging, Inspection, and Shipping/Receiving ? Follow 5S organization and safety procedures ? Learn directly from experienced machinists and shop professionals ? Work Schedule:School Year: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM Summer: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM(hours can be flexible based on class/extracurricular activities schedules) â You're a Great Fit If You:? Are at least 16 years old and finishing your sophomore or junior year of high school ? Have strong math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements) ?
