Youll be a strategic partner to our CEO, COO, and management team, and youll have a direct impact on everything from budgeting and reporting to risk management and team development. What Youll Own: Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across all divisions Financial reporting (WIP schedules, cash flow, monthly close, etc.) Risk mitigation and internal controls Capital management and banking relationships Compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and audit readiness Cash and treasury operations Oversight of accounting systems and process improvements Full-cycle payroll management and oversight (including certified payroll) Performance-based compensation tracking Leadership of the finance and accounting team What Were Looking For: WIP EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience (construction, telecommunications, or manufacturing preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and cash flow forecasting Someone whos proactive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership Interested in hearing more?
